Hi, I’m Rachel.
My interest in nutritional therapy began through my own experience of changes in energy, skin health and overall wellbeing. That experience led me to explore how interconnected the body is from hormones and metabolism to sleep, stress and digestion.
Over time, I moved away from symptom-focused thinking and became more interested in how to support the body as a whole, using nutrition and lifestyle to restore balance and improve how it functions day to day.
Today, I work with clients to build a clearer understanding of their health and support them in making sustainable, evidence-informed changes that fit real life, improving energy, digestion, hormonal balance and long-term wellbeing.
